The power band gained its fame mainly through its wide use in warming up and stretching in CrossFit classes. It complements progression in weight training and gymnastics, and is also used in exercises such as monster walks. It is perfect for grinding the squat technique - the generated resistance is a great stimulus that develops our body holistically.

Why is it worth including 4FIZJO bands and elastic bands in your training?
Power band, like any latex rubber, is characterized by progressive resistance - the more you stretch it, the stronger the resistance. Thanks to this property, you can be sure that your muscle, while building strength, will simultaneously build the appropriate stabilization of the joint it moves. In addition, you can successfully use them during muscle stretching and joint mobilization.
You can use them both during strengthening, regeneration or training sessions aimed at improving flexibility. It is worth mentioning here that the power band can both facilitate and hinder the exercise, it depends on how you use it. As an example, here are two exercises - chin-up and squat:
1. While pulling up, hook the rubber band on the bar and hook the other end of the power band on your feet. You will see that the tape will assist with movement, making it easier to exercise.
2. When doing squats, step on one end of the band and the other hook behind the nape of your neck, note that the power band will interfere with this exercise.
