The INGOT weighted VEST from Picsil has a completely unique design being the most ergonomic Weighted Vest on the market. This Weighted Vest will allow you to run and do strength exercises increasing the difficulty and demand of the WODs to develop the capabilities that will help you improve in the rest of the movements of your workouts.
The INGOT weighted VEST has 22 spaces to place the different plates that act as weights. Thanks to the size of the weighted plates, the vest adapts perfectly to the body for greater comfort and ergonomics.
This Weighted Vest has 22 pockets of different sizes distributed on both the front and back sides. The pockets are arranged in two rows of 5 and 6 pockets on both sides, with the top row being slightly shorter.
In addition, it has a padded interior for greater comfort which, thanks to the breathable material, allows greater air flow, preventing sweat condensation.
This Weighted Vest has two adjustable straps with Velcro closure to place along the waist. In addition, it has two adjustable shoulder straps to adapt the accessory to the size of the person. The INGOT weighted VEST has two elastic side straps for added strength and extra ballast.
The entire surface of the INGOT weighted VEST is made with Velcro so you can place your patches and customize it to the maximum.
We have3 competition-regulated weights for our vest:
- 7.50 lb: Weight composed of 10 plates of 0.249 lb and 12 plates of 0.416 lb.
- 11.50 lb: Composed of 10 plates of 0.379 lb and 12 plates of 0.639 lb.
- 17.50 lb: Composed of 10 plates of 0.579 lb and 12 plates of 0.974 lb.
