Replacement screw for adjusting the speed rope from Rogue Fitness, only for use with Rogue Fitness products. The screw allows the correct adjustment of the cable length to the athlete's height, regardless of his height.

This is the same adjustment screws that are standard on jumpers from Rogue Fitness. Replacement is often necessary because the bolts can fly if they are not tightened and the jump rope changes position.
