During training you will achieve record speeds and unmatched accuracy of each jump. Speed Rope Comp allows for smooth jumping. The length of the cable (without the microfiber to reduce the weight) is 3.65 m. The model has very light handles with a length of 14.5 cm, profiled even better so that you feel better grip. Simple adjustment allows you to adjust the appropriate length of the cable to Crossfiter's growth.
