You do not need to present this tape in the World of Weightlifting. If you've ever tried to catch a barbell with a "hook grip" catch, you know how hard it is to keep a solid grip at the beginning when the thumb is not used to it. The same applies to work on the pull-up bar - some athletes need an additional stimulus in the form of a tape, to maintain a sure grip from the beginning to the end of training. In both cases, the Mueller Tape will be the most effective solution.
