"El Palto" is a coffee that combines a balanced espresso with sweet fruit notes, aromas of milk chocolate and a mild, natural acidity. The guys from Solve Labs have established cooperation with a coffee roaster, which has the only oven in Poland with GOTHOT technology. If you don't know what's going on, because you have been drinking 3-in-1 instant coffee in a sachet like us, we already explain what's going on.
The difference is in the way coffee is roasted. The GOTHOT furnace burns grain with hot air. In standard furnaces, the beans are placed on a rotating drum, which is heated from the bottom with a burner. As a result, the surface of the drum has direct contact with the flame, which affects the quality of the grain burned. The technology in GOTHOT furnaces uses hot air for this purpose, which allows the so-called profiling. As a result, we get a sweeter and less smoky taste profile and even more pleasant coffee for the palate.
