You can add different weights from 25 gr to 100 gr on each handle (sold separately). Weights will help any athlete improve technique, increase muscle development/definition, and warm up faster.
Also, you can choose between 1,8mm, 2mm, and 2,5 mm cables to suit the beginners and most experienced Athlete needs.
